Wolfgang Henckert was born under the wide African skies of Namibia, where the rhythm of nature, the openness of the land, and the intimacy of community shaped his earliest perceptions of life.
Sounds poetic, right? But technically, he was born in a small rural Catholic hospital, which he visited frequently over the first 12 years of his life for inexplainable bouts of fever and unwell. Growing up in a rual closely-knit town community, he experienced a reality that stretched beyond the visible world. Spirits appeared to him seeking guidance and help - either as flash mobs around his bed, or individually “standing in the garden,” trying to bridge the veil and commuicate with him. Similarly, he would repeatedly see a light tunnels similar to what people with near-death experiences have been reporting, or seeing the often negative and dark attachments people carry around with them. Scary times back then, especially at such a young age! It definitely were to leave a life-long impression on him, especially as there was no Angel descending from Heavens, or any other teacher or master to guide him. Those were fringe and lonely years, the encounters and experiences of which set him on a lifelong journey of listening to the unseen, finding answers, and responding to the incessant call of service whilst seeking to understand the deeper dimensions of human existence.
Raised in a family immersed in the tourism industry, Wolfgang learned from an early age about cultural exchange, human diversity, and the importance of building bridges across worlds.
Music became his first language of expression - he trained as a concert pianist, developing the discipline and artistry that would later serve him in every field of his life. Technology entered his path later, sparking a parallel passion for systems, structure, and innovation. Over more than thirty years, he built a career in IT strategy, operations, and leadership roles across tourism, education, multimedia, music, and mining. And yet, throughout all of these ventures, a deeper current always pulled at him: the call of spirit, the quest for healing, the search for meaning.
At sixteen, Wolfgang committed fully to exploring energy, mysticism, and higher consciousness. And so, what began as a quiet personal journey has, over decades, grown into a body of work that touches thousands. Today, he stands as a non-duality teacher, osteopath, multidisciplined health & care practitioner, retreat coach, and author. His learning has been vast and eclectic, spanning more than fifty years and countless modalities and methods - yet never to accumulate techniques, but to distil their essence.
From these teachings, combined with his own samadhic insights, Wolfgang has developed a living transmission of non-duality that is practical, compassionate, and transformative, resulting in the paradigm-changing corpus of teaching and method called SOULSPEAK®.
His approach is that life as already whole, luminous, and interconnected. He invites people to move beyond the illusion of separation, to dissolve limiting beliefs, and to rediscover the spacious freedom of their True Self. Whether in retreat settings, one-to-one sessions, or through his writings, Wolfgang’s presence is both grounding and expansive, offering calm, clarity, and a compassionate invitation to awaken. Those who encounter his work often remark on the integration he embodies: a rare weaving of technology and mysticism, intellect and intuition, discipline and play. His life is a living example of how healing and higher consciousness can be lived in the everyday, not as abstract ideals, but as practical pathways into presence, creativity, and connection.

COMMENTARY
7 Things You Might Not Know About Me (But Probably Should)
For decades I have written, taught, composed, and built - all around one question: How do we remember who we truly are?
But there is a side of this journey that doesn’t always make it into my books or programmes - the quiet, unseen parts that shaped everything I do. So, I would like to share a few things you may not know about me; not as explanation, but as invitation.
- I live what I teach. And where I fail, I am still learning. Nothing I have created - not SoulSpeak®, not InnerLightSpace, not engagEDlearning - came from theory alone. They emerged from necessity. From walking through my own dismantling, loss, and re-awakening. Every idea I share is something I have had to embody, or still am at it - painfully, humbly, repeatedly. I don’t teach from knowledge; I teach from wounds that became windows. If my work feels alive, it’s because it was grown, not designed.
- I am a bridge between worlds. I think in blueprints and energy fields at the same time. Science and spirit, data and silence - to me, they speak the same language. When I design a healing model or an educational ecosystem, I’m not separating logic from love. I’m fusing them, because truth has never belonged to one discipline. In other knowledge traditions, this might be called Alchemy.
- I am not a guru - I am, at best, a reformer. People sometimes call me a teacher of consciousness, but what I really am is a re-designer of systems. It starts out with a personal interest in awareness and self-realisation. It the grew into structural awakening. Education, healing, belief - all of them need new architecture. We’ve built too much on fear and hierarchy (just look at the past 2000 years!). What I’m building is an infrastructure for coherence - for the next human story. Not everybody will like it, and I am super OK with that too!
- My kindness has edges. I hold high standards - for myself and for anyone who wants to evolve. But those standards don’t come from ego. They come from compassion and love. Compassion isn’t softness; it’s precision. It means seeing what someone can be and refusing to treat them as less. If my words sometimes sound firm, it’s because I believe in your brilliance more than you do.
- My music is my other voice. Before any of this, I was a trained concert pianist. Music is still the most honest language I know. When I compose, I am not making art. I am attempting to transmit coherence in sound. It’s philosophy you can feel. It's a doorway.
- I am building for humanity, not for a market. I don’t build courses. I write, I teach, and I build ecosystems. Everything I create or teach has a single intention: to restore balance between humans and nature, within themselves and amongst themselves. I don’t measure success in sales. I measure it in coherence, in whether what I build leaves the world lighter than before.
- I am still learning. That's a biggie. Despite the systems, titles, and degrees, I remain a student. And in the bigger scheme of things, I am totally negligible. And so, life keeps educating and re-educating me - through nature, silence, people, conflict, and the unexpected tenderness of being wrong. The lessons keep coming, sometimes in quick succession - which, in the bigger scheme of things, really is an abundant blessing - because mastery isn’t about knowing, but about listening deeper each time.
The truth is: I’m not here to teach people how to become something. I am here to remind them that they already are. To remind them they are not broken, but simply reorganising - learning to carry more light.
And, in hindsight, perhaps that is all I have ever done - listen, remember, and create pathways back to our original light.
