Our modern lifestyle rarely allows us to take enough time and space for ourselves and we are almost exclusively absorbed in our day to day matters: the job, the partner, the children, the parents, the others. All of them were more important than you, and now you don't feel connected to yourself anymore...

You know this. "Everything is good in your life". You claim that you "cannot complain" and that you are "doing well". However, you have an unspoken desire for things to be different, to improve the way you manage yourself and those around you.
