If you are a beginner, wanting to learn meditation, this 8-week Meditation for Beginners course is for you! Learn meditation in a few easy-to-do steps. You will be tasked with ONE meditation exercise every week. Also, you will NOT SPEND MORE THAN 10 MINUTES A DAY learning and practising meditation. Over EIGHT WEEKS, you will learn and practise EIGHT DIFFERENT MEDITATION TECHNIQUES. These different techniques will resonate more deeply for certain people. Allow yourself to do all techniques, and then decide on your favourite.
