MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS
If you are a beginner wanting to learn meditation, this 8-week Meditation for Beginners course is for you!
Learn meditation in a few easy-to-do steps. You will be tasked with one meditation exercise per day every week. Also, you will not spend more than 10 minutes a day learning and practising meditation. Over eight weeks you will learn and practise eight different meditation techniques that will resonate more deeply for certain people than for others. Allow yourself to do all techniques, and then decide on your favourite.
This course is taught online per WhatsApp. Course will start on 30 May 2024. In-person teaching available on request.
