Breatharianism is the process of rising above our obsolete feeding routines that are preventing us from continuing to be well, joyful, and thriving to the fullest extent possible. Giving up food is not what Breatharianism teaches, rather, it provides substitutes that satisfy our needs while allowing our bodies the time and space they need to repair, cleanse, and heal.
