Thus the alchemy is to empower you to move

  • from separateness to oneness,
  • from attachments to freedom,
  • from disorder to order,
  • from ignorance to wisdom,
  • from violence to kindness,
  • from resentment to forgiveness,
  • from weakness to strength,
  • from greed to generosity,
  • from limitation to limitlessness,
  • from complexity to simplicity,
  • from anger to compassion, and
  • from desire to stillness;

All these are movements from lower consciousness to higher consciousness; all the while for you to come back to the I AM - the awareness that keeps telling itself endless stories that it then, in turn, calls "my life." If you restrict and contract your consciousness, your body will also experience the restriction and contraction as "illness." This is the starting point for your healing.

All thoughts are equal in weightlessness, but your attachment pulls them into physical reality.

The experiences of "I am" and "you are" are illusions constructed by the mind and reinforced by the subconscious. This mirage creates an identity that feels separate, seeking meaning, wholeness, and a sense of completion. Yet, this search is unnecessary because wholeness is already present, waiting to be remembered. Separation is not something to overcome. There is no external "bridge" to cross to find unity or completeness. Instead, separation is an energetic lens through which we mistakenly perceive ourselves and the world. The energy that fuels this lens is the programming of fear, lack, and unworthiness. Trying to fix things based on these lenses, is really just trying to undo the misprogramming from contracted thinking.

Wouldn't it make more sense to stop the misprogramming in the first place?

What is real cannot be injured, and what is not real does not matter. There is nothing to fix, become, or achieve. The wholeness of "what is" exists whether or not we perceive it. There is no journey of "becoming." The model of traditional effort — be more mindful, meditate harder, align more perfectly — reflects the mind's construct of separation, perpetuating the false belief that wholeness lies in a distant future. Yet, healing happens in the instant we release the idea of "becoming" and embrace the truth of "being."

All this is not discovered but uncovered. It is the natural state of being that emerges when resistance, fear, and misalignments are released.

So then, whenever you feel the emotion of xyz, there will be happening a misidentification. Question this misidentification everytime an emotion such as anger, sadness, feeling unworty, etc. comes up! Give the energy the opportunity to leave your field of consciousness. Don't touch it, don't identify with it. Actively refuse to do so. The only part that is true is the I AM. Whatever comes after that, such as "I am... angry," "I am... sad," "I am... hopeless" - all that is a misidentification. Soften up this dip into lower consciousness, and then allow it to leave your field.

Thinking lacks you into experiencing time. Time does not heal wounds, non-attachment does. All thinking comes from identification with something. The "need to know" is one of the subconscious mind's most potent forms of resistance. It perpetuates the illusion of control and separation by seeking answers that cannot be found in the mental realm. However, as the misidentifications stop, so will your thoughts, so will your meditation abilities increase, and so will self-realisation be right around the corner - thinking creates the delusion of knowledge. It is not how things are, it is how the mind structures it.

When we follow the thinking route of psychoanalysis, we look at the meaning you ascribe to something, or anything. It is the blood trail of illusion into lower consciousness. Instead, take the high road and alchemise the energy of thinking and feeling into letting go. So then, how?

Words are the language of the mind — a tool we use to structure, explain, and share our experiences. But beyond words lies a deeper, quieter language, one that doesn’t need sound or syntax. This is the language of the heart: telepathy. This isn’t science fiction anymore; it’s the subtle connection we feel when we intuitively understand someone’s emotions or thoughts without them saying a word. It’s the shared glance that communicates volumes, the comforting presence of someone who feels like home, or the inexplicable sense of another’s joy or pain. It’s when we “just know.” But here’s the challenge: most humans rarely leave their hearts open long enough to hear it. Why?

For one, vulnerability. This has become a rarity nowadays. The heart, our most sensitive and profound centre of connection, often retreats behind walls of self-protection. Stress, fear, and the constant noise of modern life encourage us to rely on the mind’s logic over the heart’s intuition. And so, we lose touch with this innate form of communication. We fear that our hearts break broken (lower consciousness), all the while they want to break open (higher consciousness). The irony is that telepathy — the ability to connect on a heart level — is not reserved for the rare or mystical. It’s a natural part of being human, a language we all spoke fluently as children when our hearts were wide open and unguarded.

Secondly, silence. It is the soul’s native language, while words only serve as its translation. When our hearts are open, we not only understand telepathic connection; we embody it. Relationships deepen as we sense the unspoken needs and emotions of others. Compassion becomes second nature, and we navigate life with a quiet confidence that comes from being aligned with our most authentic selves. Heart-centred awareness fosters healing by helping individuals align with their True Self — a state of profound authenticity and openness, where energetic shifts are natural and effortless. Words, on the contrary, are tools of the conscious mind, often entangled with judgments, stories, and interpretations.

If you didn't experience telepathy yet, use your body. It is as simple as that, although it may feel hugely dangerous to do so for you!

Thirdly, by the flow of energy. This may be super contentious. Good, let it be so! Yet, energy is real — this is not merely a philosophical notion or an abstract concept but an undeniable truth that governs our existence. Your body, that magnificent vessel, is constantly engaged in the profound dance of perceiving, processing, and embodying energy. Unlike the analytical mind, which processes data in a linear and structured fashion, the body thrives in the direct experience of energy. It is through the body that we encounter love, connection, and vitality. From the moment you wake up to the instant you drift off to sleep - and even during those quiet hours of rest - your body is busy navigating energetic frequencies. This energy is not just limited to the electrical impulses that govern your nervous system or the biochemical reactions within your cells. It is the subtle vibrations of life itself: the warmth of a kind smile, the soothing sound of rainfall, or the invigorating spark you feel when stepping into sunlight.

Your body experiences and processes energy in ways your mind simply cannot. Think of love, for instance. Can the mind truly feel love? It may attempt to quantify or define it, but the experience of love - the warmth in your chest, the tingling in your skin, the gentle quickening of your heartbeat—is purely the domain of the body. This distinction is crucial: the mind analyses energy, but the body lives it. Far from being a mere vessel, the body is a deeply intelligent system designed to interpret and express energy in all its forms. Modern science increasingly validates this perspective, recognising the body as an intricate web of sensory and energetic systems. Your skin, for example, is more than a physical barrier; it is an exquisite organ attuned to vibrations, pressure, and temperature changes. Similarly, your heart generates a powerful electromagnetic field that interacts with the energy of others, influencing emotional and physical states.

These processes operate largely beneath the radar of conscious thought, showcasing the body's remarkable ability to adapt and respond to energetic inputs. It is your most faithful ally, guiding you through life with signals that often bypass the filters of the rational mind. Yet, in a world that often prioritises intellect and productivity, it is easy to overlook the body’s wisdom and needs. To honour your physical being by presence, movement, mindfulness, sensory experiences, and gratitude is to acknowledge its role as the conduit for energy, nurturing it as the foundation of your well-being.

What we truly long for is not a "better self," a "higher self," or a future version of who we might become. What we long for is the recognition that we are already whole, already free, already enough. And thus the end of separation is not a journey that only the brave and destined are to engage on - it is the heart-centred realisation that no journey was ever necessary. It is the freedom to exist as you are, right here, right now, in the fullness of "what is," with all your senses switched on (of which youu have many more than just the Big 5!).

I invite you to step into that truth, effortlessly and permanently. Let go of the story, the striving, and the seeking. In doing so, you discover that nothing was ever missing. In this space, the narrative of "I am incomplete" collapses. There is no longer a question about who we are or why we are here. There is simply the experience of "being" - an experience free from labels, conditions, and constructs. The vibration of the solution is always higher than the vibration of the problem. Don't make your home in the valley, raise above - and let it all go!
